All that part of the Parish of Hartfield which lies on the South side of the River Medway and to the North and Northwest of the stream which runs from Pippingford to Cotchford, taking each side of the Turnpike road beyond Cat Street Gate to Quabrook Common, including Pit Lands, Upper Parrock, Quabrook Common, Ashdown Park, Newbridge, Colemans Hatch, Harts Farm, Shawhurst, Fincham and Bumper Wood etc.
