Part of the parish of Frant comprising all the Houses and Cottages lying on the North Eastern side of the South Eastern Railway and the boundary stream of the County running from Mr Lemmons Hanbury Gardens to Palmer's Eridge including Bells Yew, Higham, Little Shoesmith, Bentley Mill, Windbridge Lodge, Bayham, ..., Porters Lodge, Sunningly and Benhall Mill.
