Part of the Parish of Rotherfield commencing at Coldharbour keeping the Road to the Sheeplain and Cooks Corner Crowboro X and Coldharbour including Beacon Hill, The Observatory, Mr Dents, The Moor Houses, Crowboro Common, The Red Cross, Windmill House, Mr Latter and Mr Mackintosh's.
