All that part of the Parish of Capel on the eastern side of the Brook, and comprising Moat Farm, Smith's or Ashurst Farm, the vilage of Five Oak Green, the entrance lodge to Tudeley Grange, Badsell Mains, Brook Farm, Lid House, Sharp's Farm, Reeds Farm, cottages on the west side of Colts Hill Road
