Part of the Civil Parish Hellingly comprising all that part lying of the River Cuckmere leading to and past Mrs Heavers Water Mill as far as the West Corner of Springham Wood, and Northeath of the foorpath leading from thence to the Road leading from Grovebridge to Marl green and Northeast of that Road to the Boundary of the Parish including the House at Martlemans corner, the Newhouse, Grovebridge, Knightsbridge, Grovehill, Tinkers Town, Carters Corner, Ambersstone, the Hailsham Union Workhouse, Leapcross, Upper Horsebridge, Horsebridges & the Railway Station.
