All that part of the Parish of Ticehurst which lies to the South and East of the Turnpike Road leading from the Corner Shop in the Village in the occupation of Messrs Newington to Hawkhurst to the boundary of the Flimwell Ecclesiastical District at the well of the aforesaid cottage and to the West of the aforesaid boundary to the Top of Borzell Hill where the parishes of Ticehurst and Etchingham unite and to the Southern extremity of the parish to Wardsbrook to the aforesaid Corner Shop in the Village, including Pashley House, Gibbs Read, Gallops Cottage, Singhurst Farm, The Parsonage and Wardsbrook.
