All that part of the Parish of Ticehurst which lies to the West of the aforesaid road from Huntley's Mills by Three-Leg-Cross to the said Upper Gate and which lies to the North of the Turnpike Road leading from the said Upper Gate towards the church, so far to the said parish extends in the said road, including Whiligh Mansion, Holbeam Wood, Beaumans, Branden and Gravel Pett Farms (except the Lunatic Asylum) comprising the Establishment, Highlands and Vineyard
