He was born 23^rd Dec 1810 at Chiddingly, Sussex; christened 31^st Jan 1811 at Heathfield Chapel, Heathfield, Sussex, son of Richard Lower & Mary Lower; buried 12^th Feb 1883 at St Mary's Church, Eastbourne, Sussex, aged 72 years.
