  He married Mary A. Hadfield on c 1855. She was born 1833 at Fletching, Sussex; died Nov 1881 at Danehill, Sussex; buried 27th Nov 1881 at All Saints (als Holy Trinity Chapel), Danehill, Sussex. They had the following children:
