He was born 21st Apr 1742 at Westminster, London; christened 25th Apr 1742 at French Potestant Leicester Fields Chapel, Strand, Westminster, London, ceremony performed by Jean Pierre Selhein; died Aug 1806 at Old Street, London, aged 64 years; buried 10th Aug 1806 at Bunhill Fields Burial Ground, City of London, recorded as John Lemay. They had the following children:
