	2. Richard William Keeys, plumber and decorator was the son of Charles Henry Keeys, master plumber and Jane Keeys [Philcox]. He was born 1864 at Brighton, Sussex; died 5^th Jul 1909 at Hartfield, Sussex; buried after 5^th Jul 1909 at St. Mary's Church, Hartfield, Sussex
	He married Elizabeth Sophia Edwards Young on Apr to June 1887 at Brighton, Sussex, registered at Brighton District, Sussex, ref: 1887 Q2 Vol 2B Page 401. She was born 1869 at Tunbridge Wells, Kent; died 17^th Feb 1932 at Hartfield, Sussex; buried after 17^th Feb 1932 at St. Mary's Church, Hartfield, Sussex. They had the following children:
