Boundary Being that part commencing at Cinders Hill Farm to Goffs and Tidebrook following the Parish boundary to Mark Cross taking the Road to Stile House then taking the houses both sides of the road to Lake Street keeping the Old Turnpike Road to the Furnace House through the Vicarage Wood to Pococks then keep the road to Cinder Hill.
Contents Comprising all the Cottages at Colkins Mill, also Pennybridge, Coldharbour, Little Trodgers, Renhurst, Highfields, Mousehall Farm and Mill, Stone House and the Priests House at Holy Trinity Orphanage.
The Whole in the Parliamentary Division of Rye.
