Richard Grombreg of Speldhurst is to be buried in the "churchyard of Speldhurst".

He leaves money to this church and to the "moder church of Rochester".

"… Item I will that Cathryn my wife have all other of my goodes to the kepying of my children and to performe this my last will and payment of my debts.

Also I will the saide Cathryn have my house and all my landes lying in the parish of bidborough until the tyme my said son to the full age of 18 years and then I will that my said wife shall have out of the said landes during her life 10 shillings a year. Also I will that John my son have the said land in feesimple. Item I will that the said John after his entrance into the said landes pay or cause to be paid to my two daughters 10 marks of lawful money of Ingland at …

Item I will if the said John shall fault and … issue of his body lawfully begotten then I will Richard shall inherit and fullfill my will a foresaide.
