on wch day personally appeared William Borman of ye parish of Lamberhurst in ye Diocese of Rochester husbanman & bachellor being thirty nine years of age alleged that he intendeth to marry Mary Loud widow of ye parish of Marden in ye Diocese of Canterbury & that he knoweth of no lawful nor impediment by reason of any preengagement consanguinily affinity or otherwise to hinder ye same he took his corporal oath of ye promises & desired Licence to be married in ye parish Church of ye Kings Town & parish of Maidstone
