Headstone

Beneath in hope of the Resurrection to Eternal Life,
rest the remains of William JENNER of this Town,
who died November 7th 1807 aged 42 years.
Also of Ann, his wife,
who died January 6th 1835 aged 74 years.
They left issue surviving 2 daughters Ann and Mary,
who have dedicated this stone as a tribute of filial affection.
Happy are they whose Christian Course is run
Their flesh beneath the ground may soon decay
Yet die they not. The Crown of Life is won,
And their glad spirits rise to endless day.
