To my dear and loving wife Susan, the use and profits of £225 in the hands of my brother Dence WELLER, for life. From this, she shall receive £20/yr annuity. After her dec., I will that the £225 be equally divided among my children, as they reach 21. Until that age, the profits from the £225 shall be used towards their education.
The lease of my house wherein I now dwell shall be sold and the money divided equally among my children, when 21, or in case of my daus., when 21 or married.
To my wife Susan, half my household goods. The rest of the goods, towards the education of my children: Wm., Rich., John, Thos. & Susan.
