This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Woodhams of Penshurst in the County of Kent Yeoman made and delivered this thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and seven First I direct that all my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the Charges of proving this my Will shall be truly and honestly paid and satisfied and subject thereto and to the Payment thereof I give and bequeath as follows I give and bequeath unto my Son William Woodhams of Nonsuch Green in the Parish of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Yeoman the Sum of Fifty Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain Also I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Woodhams of Pembury in the said County Yeoman the sum of One Hundred Pounds of the lawful Money Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susannah Spencer Wife of Joseph Spencer of Wrotham in the County of Kent Yeoman the Sum of One Hundred and five Pounds of the lawful Money All which said Legacies I direct shall be paid to the said several Legatees respectively within twelve Months next after the Decease of the Survivor of myself and my Wife Susannah Woodhams And I give and bequeath all my ready Money Securities for Money Husbandry Tackle Farming Stock Debts Goods Chattels and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (not having before by me disposed of) unto my Son Richard Woodhams of Penshurst aforesaid Butcher to and for his own Use and Benefit And I do make and ordain my said Son Richard Woodhams sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any Time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Richard Woodhams the testator have to this last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written. Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Richard Woodhams the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his Presence and at his Request and in the Presence of each other have subscribed our Names as Witnesses to the same Wm Skinner Geo Lingard
